Usage Instructions

  1. Use the edge scale to measure material or welding thickness from 0–40 mm.
  2. Use the multi-purpose gauge to check butt-weld line height.
  3. Adjust the slider to measure fillet-weld height.
  4. Use the slider to measure the height of 45-degree angle welds.
  5. Use the multi-purpose gauge to measure gaps between weldments.
  6. Position the gauge against the workpiece to check bevel angles from 0° to 90°.
  7. Read the measurement where the relevant indicator aligns with the main scale.
